A recent trip to Dallas provided the opportunity to check out a few local hotspots. I received so many recommendations, it will take several trips down to try them all! Thanks Casey O'Conner for this one, it was excellent!
Proof & Pantry is in the Dallas Arts District. From the dinner menu, we shared a couple of small plates, an entrée, and enjoyed a couple of their signature cocktails. It was the perfect stop after a long day walking the Dallas Market.
My pick from their cocktail menu, was actually from the "No Proof" section, but a shot of gin added to their Seasonal Shrub, which happened to be blackberry, was perfect. Topped with Topo Chico, it was the perfect refresher on a hot Texas summer evening.
